Have you ever walked into a gym and wondered “What the heck should I be doing?”  

You hit the bench press and a few familiar machines and then go home wondering if you wasted your time.  

Don’t let this be your story ever again! 

Join some other dudes in the Learn 2 Lift program and learn the fundamentals of strength training.  You will learn:

  • The fundamental movements of a full-body workout - squat, hinge, push, pull, single leg, core 

  • How to structure a workout

  • How to select sets, reps, weight etc.

  • How to progress workouts weekly and monthly 

What will be required of you:

  • Access to a local gym and commitment to go at least 2x per week

  • Join our bi-weekly video call for teaching and questions 

  • Smart phone/computer to receive and follow workouts
