Join some other dudes in the Learn 2 Lift program and learn the fundamentals of strength training. You will learn:
The fundamental movements of a full-body workout - squat, hinge, push, pull, single leg, core
How to structure a workout
How to select sets, reps, weight etc.
How to progress workouts weekly and monthly
What will be required of you:
Access to a local gym and commitment to go at least 2x per week
Join our bi-weekly video call for teaching and questions
Smart phone/computer to receive and follow workouts
